- Prefabricated house is made of light steel as steel structure and sandwich panels for wall and roof.
- The insulation of sandwich panels can be polystyrene, polyurethane, rock wool or fiber glass.
- Assembled by nuts and bolts, anchor fasteners.
- Modular, single piece, pre-engineered units comprising of two metal faces and fully insulated core to enhance thermal property.
- Polyurethane injected, twin skinned panel with tongue and groove and /or camlock system for perfect joint and connection.
- The twin skinned (inner and outer) is either made of powder coated or Galvanized steel.
- PUF insulated roof panel are design with option of high rib and low rib.
- Roof panel is made with inner side low ribbing and outer side high ribbing for easy flow of rain water.

- The specifications are various and structures are designed and custom made to suit your needs and requirements. The prefabricated house 1 are all made of standardized components, take K as modulus (1 K = 1820mm), the length and width of our prefab house is nK+160 and nK+160. Number of floors is denoted by the P modulus (1P=950mm), 3P being one storey, 6P two storey, 9p three storey.
- All the components of our house are prefabricated before leaving the factory, which are easily assembled and disassembled on worksite. The windows and doors of our prefabricated house can be freely arranged according to customer’s requirement.
- The complete knocked-down characteristic of our prefabricated house components can save as much space of the container as it can during ocean transportation so as to much lower transporting cost.
