Experience: 10-15 years.
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E - Mechanical or M.Tech - Mechanical
Location: Bajaj Steel Industires Ltd. Imambada Road, Nagpur
Reporting To : GM - Sales

Job Summary: -

 
 
  1. Responsible for overall sales co ordination of  products of the company
  2. To monitor and control all matters related to sales of the designated product in allotted region.
  3. To take follow up from customers for payment due & ensure that the materials are send to the customers in time in co ordination with production & dispatch department.
  4. To ensure that the account of the customer are settled on time.
  5. Responsible to monitor all matters related to Quotation Projects execution activity etc.
  6. To achieve the defined target in the designated area.
  7. To ensure & get approval on non standard design of any project released for quotation purpose.
  8. To obtain feedback from customer for improvement in products & system. So, that the same can be communicated to design via. Management for improvements in the products.
  9. To monitor & informed all matters related to customer service satisfaction & communicate site problems / services if any to service head to take immediate action for its rectification.
  10. To ensure all sales records related to any ongoing, past & anticipated future projects should be properly maintained & available in a company system.
  11. To maintained harmony & resolved all conflict in their area if any with the customer.
  12. To execute time to time on site services related issues as instructed by higher authority.
